As the Graphic Assets Manager I create print and digital collateral in line with MCT's mission, vision, values and brand. I am an active member of the marketing team, participating in meetings and collaborating with co-workers to develop and execute various marketing strategies. I am a member of our website development team, where I helped with the complete re-design of our website and will continue to add content and troubleshoot issues with our current site.

Costume technician @ MCT, Inc. - Missoula, MT

01/2019 - 01/2020

In the costume shop I spent my days sewing garments, fitting costumes, serging and stitching. I was also the Costume Rentals Manager and in charge of wigs and make-up. As the Rentals Manager I was the point person for rentals both within MCT and the outside world, juggling my rental duties with everyday shop work required excellent time management. Wigs and make-up are new skills I acquired working at MCT. With very little experience in the world of wigs and make-up I was able to learn quickly on the job and produce and maintain over 30 wigs/headpieces in just three community performances.

Cleanliness, organization and time management are the main attributes that contribute to my success as a prep cook at Conflux. I arrive early (4AM) and work independently for my first four hours managing many tasks at one time. From smoking meats to baking a variety breads, most tasks require a fine attention to detail, multi-tasking, and precise time management in order to uphold the integrity of our food. When other team members arrive communication and teamwork are essential to maintaining order and efficiency in a kitchen.

My responsibilities at Exact Image ran the gamut from production design to project management. A thorough understanding of file management was essential in order to precisely represent a client's brand in both digital and print formats. The ability to articulate difficult design processes to both clients and my sales team became second nature. While at Exact Image I was able to identify trends in the promotional products world and use my design knowledge to create ephemera that really spoke to my clients. Daily tasks included: corporate branding, film output, color separations, proofing, technical problem solving, vectorization, typography, and equipment maintenance.

As with any restaurant job, a sense of urgency, multi-tasking, organized movements and time management were essential.
